SAP Projects in which Diligent personnel have developed:

Areas in which Diligent personnel have been involved include:

  • Functional Analysis in the following modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), Recruitment, Organizational Management, LMS, Time Evaluation and Cross Application Timesheet (CATS), and Payroll
  • Configuring Cross Application Timesheet (CATS) to enable distributed entry of time data by employees. Analysis was also performed to develop custom integration between the Time Management system and Cost Accounting / Project systems, to provide accurate allocation of costs to capital projects
  • Providing functional and technical Payroll / HR configuration including sub-modules of HR including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Recruitment, Gross and Net Payroll, Taxes, Garnishments, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management and Time Evaluation
  • Providing assistance and support for Blueprinting and project planning and delivering final Blueprinting phase successfully and on-time
  • Performing setup of LSMW and PCC programs to test conversions. Some of the key items addressed include: Longevity pay through Payroll Schema, Overtime Remuneration, Posting Payroll expenses to Finance, Absence Quota accounting, Garnishments, Calculation of Benefit costs and determine how to track costs through HR/Payroll to FI/CO
  • Analyzing detailed requirements for Employee Self Service and Workflow items
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions for employees covering the main aspects of SAP HR customization
  • Configuration of SAP 4.7 as per requirements in the PA and PD modules
  • Defining functional and technical requirements
  • Analysis of requirements and proposals for set-up in SAP 4.7
  • Unit testing, functional testing and integration testing to include testing support
  • Problem solving of technical and functional problems. Support for entire team in the resolution of problems
  • Working with programmers in converting legacy data, specification writing, cleansing data and testing
