No Travel
- Diligent does not require employees to travel. Our employees work in the cities where they live allowing for the highest quality of life
Paid Time Off
- Employees accrue paid time off at 6.67 hours per month for the first year, 10.00 hours per month for the second and third year, and 13.34 hours per month thereafter
Paid Holidays
- We recognize 10 Government Holidays plus one floating day
Overtime Pay
- Where contracts allow employees receive overtime pay for billable hours that exceed the required billable hours for the month. The overtime rate is calculated based on the employee's annual salary
Health Care Benefits
- United Health Care Choice Plus Plan for medical and prescription coverage
- Diligent pays 100 percent of employee health premium cost
- Diligent pays 50 percent of spouse, children, or family health premium cost
- Coverage is effective on the 1st day of the following month after employment start date
- Employee optional United Health Care dental care
- Employee optional long term disability
- Prescription card and mail order prescription services
Life Insurance
- $50,000 for employees
- Accidental death and dismemberment insurance included
- Company paid
Short Term Disability Insurance
- Pays 60 percent of salary to a maximum of $1,500 per week. Benefit begins after 8 days, payable up to 25 weeks
- Company paid
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- Employees can participate in an FSA plan which can be used for eligible health care and dependent care expenses incurred by you, your spouse and your dependents
- Depending on your tax bracket, you may save up to 30% or more in taxable income
401(k) Plan
- Allows employees to set aside pre-taxed dollars for retirement
- Employees are eligible to join the plan upon hire. Entry into the plan can be made on the first day of each month
- Direct rollovers are accepted by the plan at any time
- As of January 1st 2007 Diligent will be contributing to an employee 401K match program. This program will provide up to 4% employer match in accordance with plan guidelines
Referral Bonuses
- Employees are awarded bonuses when they refer a candidate and that candidate is hired and is with the company after 90 days
