Diligent pays 90 percent of employee health premium cost
Diligent pays 40 percent of spouse, children, or family health premium cost

Short Term Disability Insurance
Company paid (Pays 60 percent of salary to a maximum of $1,500 per week; Benefit begins after 8 days, payable up to 25 weeks.)
